Was the book different from what you expected? Yes, it actually was totally different than I expected. Did not think it would live up to being such a great read. No wonder it has won so many awards.
At the end of the book, do you feel hope for the characters? I have hope for Eric.
Top 3 things I liked about the setting in this book. He was in a lot of foreign countries. He was always on the move. Since he knew five languages, he was able to adapt in many different setting.
