Kate LeDonne on the Reason for Her Life @originlbookgirl #Fiction #AmReading #Authors

What would you love to produce in your life?
Lots of art, jewelry, and several Indie books and films. Basically as much good art as possible.
What’s the reason for your life? Have you figured out your reason for being here yet?
To create. I have an abundance of creative energy and that's how my mind works. Doing anything creative serves the purpose of my existence.
How do you feel about self-publishing?
I love the freedom. I love being my own publisher. I love that I can write in any genre and not be put into a limiting cage because of prior works.
Do you find the time to read?
I read everyday. I'm always reading at least one book, plus a magazine.
Last book you purchased? Tell us about it.
I recently purchase and started reading The Constitution of the United States and The Federalist Papers. There's a lot of nonsense being said in reference to The Constitution, and I decided to read up. I'm also reading “Vanity Fair” by William Makepeace Thackery.
What are you most proud of accomplishing so far in your life?
Traveling to Australia and Ireland. Living in and seeing the majority of my country. Having my daughter, and completing the second edition of my novel.
What is your favorite food?
Dark chocolate
How has your upbringing influenced your writing?
I'm really adept at being alone for long periods of time. It doesn't bother me. I also used to read the dictionary for fun, so I learned lots of words. My grandfather used to quiz me on the Latin roots of words, which, to me, was good fun!
Do you recall how your interest in writing originated?
I've always been a bookworm, and loved stories. Reading books and watching movies as a kid really inspired my imagination.
When and why did you begin writing?
There was a book competition when I was in second grade and I did well.
How long have you been writing?
Since high school.
